In 2019 we secured the majority stake in a boutique Italian coffee business .  As of Summer 2022 there are now 3 thriving shops: Mayfair, Bayswater & Marylebone with further plans to expand.

Summer 2022 we completed on the sale of 2 luxury Kensington townhouses.  Acquired and fully renovated for a private Client the character properties achieved all projections.

We are thrilled to have acquired an off market 250 acre Estate in the Home Counties with planning permission for a 4500sqm mansion residence.

Acquired and converted throughout 2021 /22 we are delighted with the development of this Grade II disused commercial property into a magnificent residential mansion.  The private sale is currently completing.
